Designed and executed Design Verification Plans and Reporting (DVP & R) for L-category EV BMS. Performed unit, integration, system, environmental, and field testing. Validated BMS and VCU hardware & firmware; identified 50+ critical defects. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to debug Firmware Over the Air (FOTA) update and Communication issues. Understanding and familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, UART, UDS, MQTT for communication and diagnostics with ECUs. Conducted Test Bench Testing, regression testing; ensured AIS-038 & AIS-156 compliance. Supported EMI/EMC ensuring AIS-004.

Prepared test benches and model-based block diagrams, Board Bring up and performed DVP. Assisted in RCA, test execution, and validation reporting for 2W/3W BMS.

Identified Electrical loads and their characteristics, understanding SLD and transferring to installation in Design phase. Check component, dimension and location specification in Engineering phase, Inspection and documentation in Supply phase and Site preparation in Erection and installing phase. Ensure safety and performance requirement, insulation and Hi-pot testing, Onboarding operational maintenance team in Testing & commissioning phase.
