About the role
Design 4680/21700 cell packs for our next two-wheeler platform. You'll work across cell selection, mechanical layout, thermal modelling, and safety validation as part of the Ola Cell Engineering team.
Responsibilities
• Pack architecture: cell selection, configuration, busbar layout • Thermal modelling using ANSYS / Simcenter • Drive AIS-156 + UN R136 compliance evidence • Own DVP & V&V for pack-level tests
Requirements
• 4-7 years in EV battery pack design • ANSYS or equivalent thermal/structural FEA • Hands-on AIS-156 / UN R136 / IEC-62133 compliance experience • MS in mechanical / electrochemical engineering preferred
