About the role
Test next-gen LFP and LTO cells across the full DV/PV cycle. Own the lab — a calibrated 256-channel Arbin cycler, environmental chambers, and a 3kV destructive test rig.
Responsibilities
• Plan + execute electrical / thermal / abuse tests • Build test reports against AIS-156 / IS-17855 protocols • Capture cell aging / degradation models for the modelling team • Maintain cycler firmware + lab calibration
Requirements
• 2-4 years battery testing or cell characterisation • Hands-on Arbin / NEWARE / Maccor • Python or MATLAB for data analysis • B.Tech in chemical / electrochemical / materials engineering
