About the role
Lead the motor-control software stack for the iQube and Apache RTX EV platforms. Five-engineer team, full ownership of the FOC control loop + diagnostics.
Responsibilities
• Architect FOC + field-weakening + sensor-less control • Drive performance (efficiency, NVH, thermals) across the line-up • Build CI for control-loop unit tests • Mentor 5 engineers, drive design reviews
Requirements
• 6-10 years EV motor control • PMSM / BLDC FOC tuning experience • MATLAB/Simulink + Embedded Coder workflow • Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic for production targets
