About the role
Build and scale Numocity's OCPP 2.0.1 charging-management-system backend serving 30+ network operators globally. Microservices on Kotlin + Postgres + Redis + Kafka.
Responsibilities
• Implement OCPP 2.0.1 server + state machine • Roaming via OCPI 2.2.1 • Smart-charging (ISO 15118-2 + V2G) feature work • Performance tuning the active-session WebSocket fleet
Requirements
• 3-6 years backend engineering, ideally JVM (Kotlin/Java) • Hands-on OCPP 1.6 OR 2.0.1 • Strong WebSockets + async / event-driven systems • Postgres + Kafka in production
