Run day-to-day uptime + field-ops for Tata Power EZ's 5,000+ charger public network. NOC-style ownership with field-team coordination.
Responsibilities
• Own network uptime SLA (>98%) • Field-team coordination across 80+ cities • Site surveying + commissioning oversight • Drive partner-RFP processes for new locations
Requirements
• 5-8 years charging-network ops or electrical-utilities ops • Hands-on with site surveys + commissioning • Comfort with OCPP-based network monitoring tools • Strong vendor + field-team management
