About the role
Own line-side QA for Hero Electric's Ludhiana scooter assembly line. Daily PPM ownership, MRB chair, and 8D root-cause for field failures.
Responsibilities
• Daily floor walks + line-side QA gates • Drive PPAP + APQP rollout for new components • Lead 8D / 5-Why for top field failures • Six-Sigma project: target ≥30% PPM reduction in year 1
Requirements
• 3-5 years automotive manufacturing QA • Six Sigma Green / Black Belt • PPAP + APQP + IATF 16949 working knowledge • Strong floor presence + cross-functional partnership
