Own next-gen NMC + LFP cell chemistry development at Amara Raja's Tirupati R&D centre. Lead a team of 3-4 PhDs across cathode formulation, electrolyte tuning, and full-cell electrochemical characterisation.
Responsibilities
• Design + screen cathode + anode materials for India-tropical conditions • Run coin-cell + pouch-cell pilot trials, drive root-cause analysis on capacity fade • Partner with cell-engineering on pilot-line scale-up • Mentor 3-4 junior scientists, publish in peer-reviewed forums
Requirements
• PhD in electrochemistry / materials science / chemical engineering • 6-10 years post-PhD on Li-ion cell chemistry • Hands-on with coin-cell + pouch-cell testing, EIS, CV, GITT • Published track record on cathode / electrolyte materials
