About the role
Drive process engineering for LOHUM's hydrometallurgical lithium-recovery line in Greater Noida. You'll own black-mass leaching parameters, recovery yields, and second-life pack qualification.
Responsibilities
• Optimise leaching + precipitation steps for ≥95% Li/Ni/Co recovery • Design DOE experiments, scale up from bench to pilot to plant • Co-own second-life pack qualification with the BMS team • Drive ESG + compliance documentation (BWMR 2022)
Requirements
• 4-7 years in hydrometallurgy / battery recycling / electrochemistry • Degree in chemical / metallurgical / electrochemical engineering • Hands-on with ICP-OES, XRF, SEM-EDS • Familiarity with CPCB Battery Waste Management Rules
