About the role
ZF India's E-Mobility R&D unit (Hyderabad) is building out an apps-engineering team around SiC + GaN devices for e-axle inverters and on-board chargers. Customer-facing role.
Responsibilities
• Bench + system-level device characterisation • Author app-notes, drive design-ins on customer programs • Co-develop reference designs with the global SiC team • Train customer engineering teams on SiC/GaN best practices
Requirements
• 5-8 years applications + power-electronics • Deep SiC / GaN device knowledge (Wolfspeed, Infineon, GaN Systems) • Experience driving design-ins at automotive Tier-1s • Comfortable presenting to customer engineering teams
