Own day-one + run operations for Jio-bp Pulse's growing 5,000+ charging-station footprint across India. Drive uptime, breakdown SLA, and the technician-fleet management.
Responsibilities
• Own network uptime ≥ 98% • Lead 100+ field technicians across 12 cities • Drive vendor + RMS partner SLAs • Build the on-call + escalation playbook
Requirements
• 8+ years field-ops in telecom / EV / EPC • Proven multi-city ops leadership • Strong tech-comfort (RMS dashboards, OCPP) • MBA ideal but not required
