About the role
Lead pack-mechanical design for Ola's next-gen 4680-cell platform. Architecture, simulation, validation — through to volume production hand-off at the FutureFactory.
Responsibilities
• Pack architecture: cell selection, busbar, enclosure • Drive AIS-156 / UN R136 / IEC 62133 validation evidence • Lead 5+ engineers across mech-design + thermal • Coordinate with cell + BMS + manufacturing teams
Requirements
• 8-12 years EV battery pack design • Hands-on ANSYS, Simcenter, AIS-156 • ME / MS in Mech / Auto / Electrochemical • Track record on at least one mass-produced EV pack
