About the role
Matter Energy (Aera 5000+) is hiring a Product Manager to own the EV powertrain roadmap — feature prioritisation, OEM-side stakeholder alignment, GTM.
Responsibilities
• Own powertrain product roadmap (motor, BMS, gearbox) • Drive customer + dealer feedback into the backlog • Partner with engineering + sales + service • Hit launch + ramp targets
Requirements
• 5-8 years auto / EV product management • Hands-on technical understanding of powertrains • MBA + ME preferred • Track record on at least one shipped EV product
