About the role
Reliance New Energy's giga-factory programme is hiring cell R&D engineers for cathode + anode materials development at the Jamnagar Dhirubhai Ambani Green Energy complex.
Responsibilities
• Cathode + anode formulation work • Coin-cell + pouch-cell pilot trials • Drive root-cause analysis on capacity fade • Partner with the global cell-engineering team on scale-up
Requirements
• 4-7 years cell R&D / electrochemistry • Hands-on with coin-cell + pouch-cell testing, EIS, GITT • PhD in electrochemistry / materials science preferred • Track record on at least one cell-formulation program
