Bajaj Auto's EV vertical (Chetak Electric) is expanding the after-sales footprint. Hiring a manager to own service-network performance across South India.
Responsibilities
• Own service-network KPIs across 250+ outlets • Drive technician training + DIYguru certification rollout • RCA on top field-failure modes; close the loop with R&D • Manage warranty + spares inventory planning
Requirements
• 8+ years auto after-sales (2W / commercial preferred) • Strong dealer-management + field skills • Comfortable with RMS dashboards + CDK / Autoline • MBA preferred
