Job Description
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining EV powertrain components, including motors, inverters, gearboxes, and drive shafts.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of EV propulsion systems
- Ability to use specialized powertrain diagnostic tools
- Understanding of thermal management systems in powertrains
- Hands-on repair and assembly skills for EV drivetrain units
Education
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering; EV Powertrain maintenance certification preferred
Experience
2–4 years in EV or hybrid vehicle service, preferably powertrain-focused
Salary (India)
₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
Salary (US)
$35,000 – $50,000/year
