Responsible for assembling battery packs from individual cells/modules, installing BMS, and ensuring structural integrity and quality compliance.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of battery assembly processes and tools
- Understanding of BMS integration and wiring
- Ability to read assembly drawings and follow SOPs
- Familiarity with safety procedures for handling lithium-ion cells
Education
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering; Training in EV battery assembly preferred
Experience
1–3 years in battery manufacturing or EV assembly roles
Salary (India)
₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA
Salary (US)
$28,000 – $42,000/year
