Job Description
Develops thermal systems to maintain optimal battery temperatures across operating/ambient conditions to maximize performance, life, and safety. Designs liquid/air/PCM cooling solutions, cooling plates, manifolds, and integrates them with vehicle HVAC/heat pump architectures. Performs CFD/0D‑1D simulations, defines thermal test plans, and validates designs through component/pack level testing.

Thermal simulation (ANSYS Fluent/STAR‑CCM+/GT‑SUITE); HVAC/heat pump knowledge; coolant selection and flow optimization; temperature/pressure sensors; thermal cycling and abuse testing; data analysis
Education
B.E./B.Tech or M.S./M.Tech in Mechanical/Thermal/Automotive Engineering
Work Experience
3–5 years in thermal systems for EVs or batteries
