Any TPO / placement coordinator at a recognised college, polytechnic, ITI, university, or training centre in India. Apply with your professional email and our team reviews within 2 business days.
▸Is emobility.careers free for colleges?
Yes — registering your placement cell, bulk-importing your cohort, and sharing matched openings is free for colleges. We monetise via recruiter subscriptions, not college fees.
▸How do I bulk-import my students?
After approval you get access to /tpo/import where you upload a CSV with student emails, names, phone numbers, course names, and graduation dates. Students who already have accounts on emobility.careers get auto-tagged to your placement funnel.
▸How do candidates apply through the platform?
Once your students are imported, they can sign in with their roster email, complete their profile, and apply to any open EV-industry job. Your TPO dashboard shows their pipeline stage (Applied → Shortlisted → Interview → Offer → Hired) in real time.

Yes — the TPO dashboard surfaces a per-cohort funnel showing application counts, interview bookings, and hire counts per recruiter. Use it to report placement statistics back to leadership and accreditation bodies.
▸What if my college is not in the institution dropdown?
Just type your college's full name in the picker — we'll add it as a new institution entry. An admin will review and verify it within 2 business days as part of your placement cell application.
