ACC is a European battery JV between Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and TotalEnergies (via Saft). It is building three cell gigafactories — Billy-Berclau (France), Kaiserslautern (Germany) and Termoli (Italy) — to supply high-volume NMC pouch cells to its parent OEMs.
