Exide Industries (NSE-listed, founded 1947) runs Exide Energy Solutions for the lithium-ion cell + module business. A 12GWh greenfield gigafactory in Bengaluru is partnered with SVOLT Energy on cell technology, with the first cells targeted for 2025-26.
