Role overview
Cars carry the most complex HV architecture of any EV category — 400V or 800V pack, traction inverter, on-board charger, DC-DC, motor and a thicket of ECUs. Technicians work to OEM-strict procedures with extensive use of manufacturer diagnostic tools (Tata DDS, MG iSMART, Hyundai GDS).

- Diagnose and repair the assigned EV vehicle category using OEM-prescribed diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Follow high-voltage safety protocols at all times — LOTO, insulated PPE, Class-0 gloves and isolation checks.
- Maintain accurate job cards, parts consumption and warranty claim documentation in the dealership DMS.

Requirements
- ITI Diploma in Automotive / Electrical / Mechanic trade.
- ASDC EV technician certification (Level 4 or higher) or equivalent OEM certification.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with EV high-voltage systems.
