Role overview
Laser welding is the single most quality-critical operation on an EV battery line. Each module has 60-200 weld joints, and a bad joint shows up later as resistance heating, capacity loss or worse. Operators inspect weld nuggets visually after every batch and feed the data back to process engineering.
The role suits ITI welders with a steady hand who are comfortable with optics, fixturing and SPC charting.
