Role overview
Pack assemblers take validated modules from the previous station and turn them into a sealed, vehicle-ready pack. Operations include stacking, busbar welding (resistance or ultrasonic), BMS connector seating, gasket placement and hi-pot testing. Most Indian EV OEMs run a separate pack-assembly cell within the larger battery line.
You'll work in close coordination with quality, who pulls samples every shift, and with maintenance engineers who keep the laser welder, leak-tester and end-of-line tester running.
