End-of-life EV packs are an opportunity and a hazard. Recycling operators run discharge cycles, feed mechanical shredders, control black-mass leaching tanks and supervise crystalliser output. Strict EHS and PPE discipline is non-negotiable — the work involves both HV systems and acidic chemistry.

- Operate the assigned station per the documented SOP and takt-time.
- Perform first-piece, mid-shift and last-piece quality checks and log them in the shift register.
- Follow 5S and PPE discipline rigorously; never bypass an interlock or safety device.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant trade (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter / Welder).
- Basic literacy in English / Hindi to read SOPs and safety bulletins.
- Ability to stand for full shifts and work in a three-shift rotation.
