EV bodies are heavier than ICE bodies (the battery sits low), so the BIW structure carries more spot welds and reinforcements. Operators load fixtures, supervise robot weld guns, replace tips on schedule and resolve missed-weld faults reported by the in-line vision system.

- Perform first-piece, mid-shift and last-piece quality checks and log them in the shift register.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant trade (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter / Welder).
- Basic literacy in English / Hindi to read SOPs and safety bulletins.
- Ability to stand for full shifts and work in a three-shift rotation.
