Role overview
Final inspection is the last gate before a vehicle ships to the dealer. Technicians run static checks (paint, panel gap, lamp function), dynamic checks on a roller dyno, and a short on-road audit. Any fault opens a containment workflow with rework, quality and production.

- Operate the assigned station per the documented SOP and takt-time.
- Perform first-piece, mid-shift and last-piece quality checks and log them in the shift register.
- Follow 5S and PPE discipline rigorously; never bypass an interlock or safety device.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant trade (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter / Welder).
- Basic literacy in English / Hindi to read SOPs and safety bulletins.
- Ability to stand for full shifts and work in a three-shift rotation.
