Line inspectors operate one step ahead of the next station, using calipers, gauges, smart-torque verifiers and in-line vision rigs. They escalate every defect through the Andon system within the agreed reaction time. Strong candidates already understand AQL sampling and process capability.

- Operate the assigned station per the documented SOP and takt-time.
- Perform first-piece, mid-shift and last-piece quality checks and log them in the shift register.
- Follow 5S and PPE discipline rigorously; never bypass an interlock or safety device.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant trade (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter / Welder).
- Basic literacy in English / Hindi to read SOPs and safety bulletins.
- Ability to stand for full shifts and work in a three-shift rotation.
