Role overview
HV harnesses on an EV are unforgiving — wrong crimp, wrong sleeve or a single nicked strand can fail a hi-pot test and stop the line. Operators work on harness boards, follow colour-coded routing diagrams, and crimp connectors with calibrated dies. EV harness work pays a ~15% premium over conventional auto harness work because of the HV component.
