About the role
Tata Elxsi's automotive practice is hiring an AUTOSAR Architect to lead architecture across two global EV OEM accounts. Span both Classic AUTOSAR (powertrain ECUs) and Adaptive AUTOSAR (high-perf compute).
Responsibilities
• Own AUTOSAR architecture for 2 global EV OEM programs • Lead BSW configuration + RTE generation strategy • Drive ASIL-D safety + cybersecurity (ISO 21434) • Mentor 8-10 senior engineers, technical pre-sales
Requirements
• 12+ years embedded automotive • Deep AUTOSAR Classic + at least one Adaptive AUTOSAR program • ISO 26262 ASIL-D + ISO 21434 • Strong communication + customer-facing skills
