About the role
Exponent Energy is hiring a Battery Systems Architect to own pack + BMS + e-pump charger architecture for the next 15-min fast-charge platform.
Responsibilities
• System architecture across cell, pack, BMS, charger • Define ICDs + interface contracts with all sub-system teams • Drive validation strategy from coin-cell to fleet trials • Mentor 4-5 senior engineers
Requirements
• 10+ years EV battery + power-electronics • Demonstrated systems-architecture role on a shipping product • Hands-on with at least 2 of: cell chemistry, BMS, fast-charge HW • MS / PhD preferred
