About the role
Design power-electronics hardware for Delta's 60 kW / 120 kW / 180 kW DC-fast-charger platforms shipped from the Hosur factory. Schematic + layout + thermal + EMI/EMC.
Responsibilities
• Schematic design + PCB layout for AC/DC + DC/DC stages • Component selection (SiC MOSFETs, magnetics, cap banks) • Thermal + EMI/EMC validation • Drive supplier qualification + DFM with the operations team
Requirements
• 4-7 years switched-mode power-supply / power-electronics design • Hands-on Altium / Allegro PCB layout + thermal sim • Familiarity with IEC 61851, CCS2, AIS-138 • MS in EE preferred
