About the role
Mahindra's Bengaluru-based EV centre is hiring chassis engineers for the BE 6 + XEV 9e platforms — suspension, steering, brake-by-wire and overall ride/handling target setting.
Responsibilities
• Own chassis subsystems (suspension, brakes, steering) • Set + verify ride/handling targets with proving-ground tests • Coordinate with battery + body-shop teams on integration • Lead supplier reviews for K&C, dampers, brake calipers
Requirements
• 5-8 years auto chassis (EV / hybrid preferred) • Hands-on K&C testing + multi-body simulation (CarSim / VI-Grade) • ME in mechanical / automotive • Indian or APAC OEM experience preferred
