About the role
Switch Mobility is hiring a Quality Manager to own end-to-end quality for the EiV bus + IeV LCV platforms across the Chennai + Ennore plants.
Responsibilities
• Own SQA, in-line, and outgoing quality KPIs • Drive 8D / RCA on top field-failure modes • Lead PPAP + APQP for new models • Manage 12+ QA engineers across two plants
Requirements
• 10+ years auto manufacturing quality (CV preferred) • Six Sigma Black Belt + IATF 16949 • Strong leadership + supplier-facing skills • ME / MBA preferred
