We are hiring Fresher Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to support design, development, and engineering activities. The role focuses on the design and development of EV components, including chassis, battery systems, wiring, and vehicle assemblies, using CAD tools, preparing technical drawings, and assisting in project execution across design and production teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities • Create 2D/3D designs and electrical schematics using relevant tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Electrical CAD tools). • Design EV components such as chassis, suspension, vehicle geometry, battery pack, enclosures, wiring harness, and other subsystem assemblies. • Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOM). • Assist in product design, circuit design, and system development. • Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis. • Coordinate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams. • Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities. • Maintain & Implement design changes documentation, and revision records. • Follow automotive design standards and guidelines.
Requirements
Qualification • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automotive Engineering Skills • Basic knowledge of CAD tools (Mechanical/Electrical). • Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T (Mechanical). • Knowledge on concepts of Automobile & Subsystems (Mechanical/Electrical). • Basic knowledge of electrical design basics: circuits, schematics and components (Electrical). • Knowledge of manufacturing / electrical systems and processes. • Problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred • Internship/project experience in design or core engineering domain. • Internship/project in EV/Automotive design. • Exposure to simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB, ETAP, Fusion 360). • Knowledge of industry standards and safety practices. • Knowledge of sheet metal, plastics, or automotive components
