Lead — BMS Firmware Engineer

Own and drive embedded firmware development for our 48V / 2kWh BMS used across the next-generation Ather scooter platform. You'll lead a team of three firmware engineers and partner closely with the cell, hardware, and vehicle-controls leads.
Responsibilities
• Architect and own BMS firmware end-to-end on ARM Cortex-M4 • Lead SOC/SOH/cell-balancing/thermal-management strategy • Set up CI + HIL test harness for firmware changes • Mentor 3 firmware engineers + drive code review standards
Requirements
• 8+ years embedded firmware (preferably automotive / EV) • Deep BMS firmware experience • Proficiency in Embedded C on ARM/Cortex MCUs • CAN protocol, DBC files, automotive comms standards • Strong understanding of battery fundamentals — SOC, SOH, cell balancing, thermal management, protections
