About the role
Design and validate the next-gen 200kW SiC inverter for Mahindra's BE 6 / XEV 9e platform. Hands-on hardware role with bench validation as the main success metric.
Responsibilities
• Schematic + PCB layout for SiC inverter (Altium) • Design verification across temperature + load corners • EMI/EMC + thermal validation • Field-failure RCA + design corrections
Requirements
• 3-6 years power electronics design • SiC / GaN, gate-driver design, PCB layout for high-current • Bench tools: oscilloscope, current probes, dyno • Knowledge of motor-control inner loops a plus
