About the role
Tata Motors EV is hiring controls engineers for the Avinya / Curvv EV programmes — drive-mode strategy, torque management, regen, and high-voltage co-ordination.
Responsibilities
• Develop & calibrate VCU control strategies • MIL/SIL/HIL test case development • On-vehicle bring-up + drive-mode tuning • Cross-team integration with BMS + motor + chassis
Requirements
• 5-8 years controls / model-based development • MATLAB/Simulink + dSpace / ETAS toolchain • Hands-on AUTOSAR + ASIL-rated functions • ME / MS in Electrical / Mechatronics
