About the role
Run the Chetak Electric assembly line at Akurdi. P&L-style ownership over throughput, OEE, and headcount across two shifts.
Responsibilities
• Daily OEE + throughput targets (>85% OEE) • Two-shift ops with 200+ line headcount • Capacity-planning for new variants • Drive cost-reduction roadmap with manufacturing engineering
Requirements
• 8-12 years automotive production • Strong line-balancing + lean experience • ERP/MES exposure • B.Tech mechanical / production engineering
