About the role
Build the next iteration of Ather's BMS firmware — SOC/SOH algorithms, cell-balancing strategy, thermal management — for the platform behind the 450X and Rizta.
Responsibilities
• Implement state-estimation + balancing algorithms • Bring up new MCU peripherals + driver layer • Run lab tests on actual packs • Partner with cell engineering on pack-level limits
Requirements
• 4-7 years BMS / automotive embedded firmware • Embedded C, RTOS, ARM Cortex-M • Familiarity with CAN + UDS bootloader flows • Hands-on with battery cycler / tester preferred
