DIYguru operates across three integrated platforms, each addressing a different layer of the EV ecosystem:
emobility.academy — our flagship learning platform offering nanodegrees, professional certificates, and PG programmes in EVs, batteries, charging infrastructure, and mobility software.
emobility.careers — India's first dedicated EV careers platform connecting trained talent with 528+ corporate hiring partners.
EV.care — our consumer-facing EV aftermarket and service brand, currently scaling across multiple Indian cities.
Program Overview
DIYguru is opening applications for our Summer Internship Program 2026. This is a full-time, paid, 3-month internship designed to give high-potential students hands-on exposure to a fast-growing EV ecosystem company — across learning, careers, and the EV aftermarket.
We are hiring 5 (five) interns in the Management track. You will work primarily on EV.care — owning growth experiments, onboarding new customers, and building partner pipelines — with cross-functional support to emobility.academy and emobility.careers.
Interns will work directly with DIYguru's founder and core team, contribute to live products serving thousands of users, and build a portfolio of real EV-industry work that will set them apart in the job market.
Your Role: Growth, Onboarding & Partnerships Intern
As a Management Intern, you will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and business development. Your work will directly move metrics that matter — leads, conversions, active customers, and partner sign-ups — for one of India's most exciting EV consumer brands.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Design and run growth experiments for EV.care — lead generation campaigns, landing page A/B tests, referral loops, and conversion funnels
Own the customer onboarding journey for new EV.care users — from first enquiry to first service booking
Identify, research, and pitch potential partners for EV.care growth — independent garages, fleet operators, EV dealerships, OEM service networks, and B2B fleet customers
Conduct market research on the EV aftermarket — competitor pricing, customer pain points, service gaps, regional opportunities
Support pricing experiments, packaging decisions, and unit-economics analysis
Build outreach lists, run cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), and manage early-stage partner conversations
Maintain partnership pipelines and CRM hygiene in the DIYguru CRM
Support cross-functional growth initiatives across emobility.academy and emobility.careers when needed
Requirements
Who You Are
Strong analytical thinking — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, basic data analysis, and structured problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive without being pushy
High ownership mindset — willing to chase outcomes, not just complete tasks
Curiosity about the EV sector, consumer brands, and how businesses grow
Bonus: prior experience in sales, marketing internships, college clubs (E-Cell, Marketing, Consult), or running your own initiative
ELIGIBILITY
MBA / PGDM / BBA / B.Com (Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Operations) / Economics / any business or management discipline. Pre-final year, final year, and recent graduates are all welcome.
Benefits
Stipend & Duration
Duration: 3 months, full-time
Stipend: ₹30,000 (total, for the full 3-month duration)
Mode: Hybrid — primarily remote, with optional in-person sessions at DIYguru Delhi or Bangalore
Start window: June 2026
