Amara Raja Energy & Mobility (formerly Amara Raja Batteries — Tirupati) is one of two Indian PLI awardees for advanced-cell manufacturing alongside Reliance + Ola. The 16GWh gigafactory at Mahbubnagar will produce LFP + NMC cells; the company also runs lead-acid + lithium-ion battery packs for telecom + EV fleet ops.
