National Institute of Technology Silchar

National Institute of Technology Silchar (NIT Silchar) is a university located in Silchar, Assam, India. Founded in 1967, Institution of National Importance. An Institute of National Importance under the MoE; NITs are a primary feeder for the Indian EV manufacturing workforce across Tata Motors EV, Mahindra Electric, Hero MotoCorp and supplier-cluster Tier-1s.
