About the role
Own daily fleet ops for BluSmart's 3,000-car Delhi NCR EV fleet. Driver onboarding, charging-hub uptime, vehicle utilisation, and incident triage.
Responsibilities
• 3,000-vehicle fleet uptime + utilisation • Charging hub ops across 20+ locations • Driver onboarding + retention programmes • Daily war-room with city ops + customer-care leads
Requirements
• 5-8 years fleet ops or shared-mobility ops • Hands-on TCO modelling for EV fleets • Strong people management (50+ direct reports) • Comfort with telematics dashboards + KPI ownership
