I came into the EV industry. Not as a trainer. As someone trying to understand how this ecosystem actually works and where the gaps are. What I found surprised me. The talent is here. The interest is real. The market is moving faster than most people realize. But the infrastructure around careers in EV, the information, the salary benchmarks, the job context, is still catching up. Engineers were figuring out roles through WhatsApp groups. Recruiters were posting JDs that did not explain what the job actually needed. Freshers had no idea what skills were in demand or what they paid. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 we need 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲. I will be posting here regularly.
